Digitization Projects

The project includes the digitization of the book archive of the mortgage offices within the Prefecture of Attica. Funding was provided by the European Resilience and Recovery Facility (RRF).

The offered services include the following:

• Scanning of indexes, deed books, and volumes of legal documents of deeds (bodies).
• Data entry of indexes and deed books.
• Loading scanned pages and corresponding metadata into the information system.

The project concerns digitization services for the input of data on the insurance times of accumulated retirement applications, in a way that ensures the integrity of the data and the avoidance of errors.

The offered services include the following:

• Retrieval of electronic insurance history.
• Entry of details of the forms of the pension files.
• Processing and correction of insurance history data, based on the data in the files.

The project includes the digitization of the trademark files of the Hellenic Intellectual Property Office (GGE). Funding was provided by the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

The offered services include the following:

• Scanning trademark books and separating active and inactive trademarks.
• Data entry of trademark details.
• Loading scanned trademarks and corresponding metadata in the information system.

The project includes the digitization of the Archive of the Cyprus Ships Registry (CSR) and the Register of Small Vessels (RSV) kept at the Ministry of Shipping.

The offered services include the following:

• Scanning merchant ship folders, including documents and charts.
• Registration of merchant ship data.
• Uploading scanned folders to the electronic archiving system.

The project includes the digitization services and scientific documentation of the cultural archive of the H. Monasteries of the Holy Community of Mount Athos.

The offered services include the following:

• Scanning books of manuscripts and archival codices, loose documents and, rare books.
• Scientific documentation of manuscript codices, document archive and, archeological objects.
• Special services for image watermarking, non-lossless image compression and, photography of pages decorated with gold.

The project includes the entry of the data of the archive of the civil acts held by the Registries of Macedonia and Thrace.

The offered services include the following:

• Data entering of birth, marriage and death records.
• Developing of data entry and sampling application, according to ANSI Z1.4 standard.
• Uploading the civil acts data in the information system.
